Arturs is highly motivated and truly believes in the vision Baltacon plans to achieve.

Kristine is characterized by love - towards people, nature and everything living. Kristine's passion is teamwork. She believes that by working together, we can change the world for the better. In her free time, she likes to read books and go out in nature. Kristine has a Master of Business Administration degree. With Baltacon since 2009.

Ilze is an esthete, an empath, and a little pedantic. Loves music, and concerts, and generally enjoys various arts. When she grows up, she will be an architect who restores historical buildings, preserving their taste of antiquity. With Baltacon since 2012.

Tatiana - part introvert and analyst, part someone who loves to plan, organize and prioritize, 2 parts romantic and 3 parts - a responsive and dear colleague. The rest of her loves coffee, eat delicious food and loves ginger-coloured cats. With Baltacon since 2014.

Lelde likes dresses and prefers beer. She enjoys watching the night city lights and being alone with a good book. With Baltacon since 2016.

Kaspars is looking for the creativity in tables and numbers. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, playing computer games and guitar. With Baltacon since 2018.

Baiba lives every day as a new and adventurous range of emotions. Her biggest emotional achievement is the participation in the Latvian Song and Dance Festival. If she had the opportunity, she would watch the sunset every night to appreciate every minute she has lived, her accomplishments and future goals. With Baltacon since 2019.

Sanda is an eternal optimist. Believes in kindness and perseverance. Inspired by travel and living abroad. Is driven by success created by team chemistry. With Baltacon since 2020.

Anita’s recipe of inspiration – a handful of cravings for exploration of this world, some new languages, a little bit of adventure, and a pinch of love towards nature mixed with hiking. Decorate using the cross-stitch technique. With Baltacon since 2022.

As a nature lover, Zanda draws energy and strength for her daily work from the beautiful Latvian forests or the Baltic Sea. She would like each of us to replace everyday worries with positivity and to be able to experience this life to the fullest. With Baltacon since 2023.

Elvita is passionate about the medical and pharmaceutical industries, with a particular interest in clinical trials. In my personal life, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, being outdoors, and continuously working on personal growth and self-improvement. With Baltacon since 2024.

Paula is very inspired by people who are passionate about what they do, activities that fill both mind and body with new energy.  I believe that time to time it is important to step out of you comfort zone, and that as long as you have a supportive and strong team next to you - so much is possible. Inner-organized chaos and an outer unorganized will to describe my daily life synesthesia. I lose myself through sound and I then retrieve myself through a new chance to help someone. With Baltacon since 2024.

Oliver enjoys meaningful experiences, good design, and the calm of cities at night. He values clarity, honest conversations, and the small insights gathered from meeting new people. Claudia believes that speed, clarity, and collaboration can change how things get done.With a background in Pharmacy and an MBA, she brings together clinical understanding and a business perspective.
